Throughout his career, Evan has focused on helping organizations clarify their goals, build scalable processes, and align the right people to the right roles. He has managed people at various levels and is energized by seeing individuals grow in confidence, capability, and responsibility.

Evan’s passion for sports, retail, and brand-building, combined with his experience working closely with leadership teams, gives him a grounded perspective on the types of marketing and commercial talent companies need to drive results. His background in coaching basketball has also shaped his approach to leadership – emphasizing preparation, teamwork, and clear communication. He takes care in building long-term relationships and creating matches where both the employer and the candidate can do their best work.
